We give you the option to use your own resources or we can help you book any additional things you need for your event. 

Fees

The important Extras:

1. Event Insurance: We require all events to carry specific event insurance. We recommend Event Guard by Indemn, which specializes in wedding insurance. This policy is very affordable and must be signed and paid for by the client to be valid. All aspects of this policy are handled directly through Event Guard rather than through The Meadows.

2. Cleaning Fee: You have the option to handle the cleanup yourself or contract us to perform the service for $3 per person. This will be explained in further detail during your tour.

3. Credit Card Fees & Payment Plans: We do not charge additional fees for credit card payments. We also offer payment plans to help manage your wedding venue costs.
